Biography

Vladimir Stojanovski started his career as an independent attorney in 2008

His specialty is litigation, intellectual property and contract law. He is the head of our Intellectual Property department and within the frame of patent and trademark law, Vladimir specializes in trademark prosecution in addition to validation of European patents. He represents clients before the State Office for Industrial Property in North Macedonia. His expertise also includes coordination of proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.Vladimir also advises clients on contracts and regulatory issues.

He has broad experience in litigation and dispute resolution in the form of negotiation with third parties. Vladimir has a unique approach to negotiation and our clients always seek his advice.
