Biography
Aleksandra Stojanovska Tasevska started her career as an independent attorney in 2006.
Her specialty is corporate law, which consists of formation of companies, compliance with statutory requirements and statutory changes (M & A), and representation before the domestic courts. She has extensive experience in starting up businesses in North Macedonia, including procedures, operational requirements and research for entrepreneurs embarking on their first venture in North Macedonia.
She is a National Tutor of the HELP online course “Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence” for “ North Macedonia” from November 2018 – present. She has a Help Trainer Certificate – Delivered in the framework of the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) for successfully completing the HELP Training-of-Trainers (ToT) – 09 December 2018..
She was also engaged as an expert in the preparation of the Training module – program and content for conducting training for strengthening the capacities of attorneys at law and social experts (psychologists, pedagogues, social workers) that provide legal aid and psychosocial support to vulnerable victims of violent crimes. After the preparation of the training module she was an expert – trainer of a three-day workshop for attorneys at law and social experts, which was held from 15.04.2019 until 17.04.2019. The topic of the workshop was- Legal Aspects of the Protection of Victims of Violent Crimes. She held the training three day training that had 9 sessions lasting one and a half hours each. In addition, she is an expert trainer of attorneys at law and social experts.
